- All-round support
Starting with our orientation weeks, we'll be helping you to prepare for the transition to the working world and are here to strengthen your skills make your start smooth. We’ll give your technical and social skills a boost in internal training units, in-house teaching units or practical units in our specially equipped training laboratory (chemical laboratory assistants Tübingen). We’ll also provide you with plenty of support as you write your project and final theses.
- Regular activities and events
We know hard work, but doesn’t mean we don’t know how to play. It strengthens the team and lifts the mood – and we understand that that makes learning happen better. That’s why we organize – and in some cases our apprentices organize them themselves – a variety of activties like day trips, barbecues, holiday parties, engaging seminars and graduation ceremonies.
