Financial security and provisions
The remuneration of our employees in Germany is based on the collective wage agreement of the German chemical industry. Our managers receive a salary that is not covered by the collective agreement and consists of both fixed and goal-oriented components.
We have established a special target agreement system for senior executives and a performance-related bonus system for employees covered by collective wage agreements. With this instrument the CHT Group hopes to promote entrepreneurial thinking and behavior and reward their performance by sharing in our collective economic success. Additional benefits to collective agreements
Our employees receive 100% of their collectively agreed monthly salary as their 13th monthly income and a collectively agreed vacation bonus.
Pension plan
Our employees have the possibility to take out a company pension plan financed by the CHT Group. Within the scope of this deferred compensation, the base amount can be increased with additional employee contributions.
Anniversaries, weddings and births
On special occasions such as weddings, the birth of a child or company anniversaries, our employees receive special leave and payments.
Employee participation models
Our employees have the option of acquiring profit participation rights or investing their capital as part of a silent partnership in accordance with § 19a EStG.
