Global leaders are being trained in the Leaders Summit program over a period of 3 years. One of the goals of the program is to anchor both corporate values and effective leadership principles in the consciousness our managers in the long term. A variety of models for sustainable success
In the first year, the development modules begin with content on the topics of self-management (Lead myself), then move on to team leadership (Lead my team) and end with comprehensive leadership in a matrix organization (Lead within the organization). Various webinars and coaching sessions are conducted throughout the entire program.
